Diane’s House

Washington D.C. | 42 Units | 9% LIHTC

Diane’s house was developed by  Duane Miller. This project is a partnership with Diane’s House Ministries and created 42 units of affordable housing in Washington D.C for individuals at risk for homelessness. Supportive services will be provided to the residents by N Street Village – www.nstreetvillage.org. The DCHA is providing 39 Project Based vouchers to low income residents.

River Point

Tell City, IN | 50 Units | 9% LIHTC, Senior

River Pointe was developed by Duane Miller using the 9% low income housing tax credit. This 50-unit senior apartments project revives the Seventh Street Corridor. The project include energy efficient appliance, and the terrace provides extraordinary views of the Ohio River. This is also the home of Bliss Artisan Ice Cream, which rent over 5,000 sq ft of retail space on the first floor. This small entrepreneurial company has over 20 additional stores in the Midwest area.

The Landing Apartments

Mount Vernon, IN | 50 Units | 9% LIHTC, Senior

The Landing Senior Apartments was developed by Duane Miller and is conveniently located along the Ohio River and the local amphitheater. This project is available to adults 55 and over and has ADA apartment units to accommodate its residents. Apartments come equipped with a washer and dryer and each resident has access to a beautiful rooftop terrace. There is also a community room on site and a walking path near the river.

Clark’s Crossing

Vincennes, IN | 47 Units | 9% LIHTC

Clark’s Crossing is the adaptive reuse of two historic buildings ( the Clark Middle School and Adams Coliseum Building) in downtown Vincennes, Indiana. This project was developed by Duane Miller in partnership with Myszak+Palmer, Flaherty and Collins, Vincennes Community School Corporation, The Vincennes Education Foundation, and Vision Communities.

Downtown Terrace

Petersburg, IN | 40 Units, 10,500 SF Retail | 9% LIHTC, Senior

Downtown Terrace is located in downtown Petersburg, Indiana and was developed by  Duane Miller. This project was a collaborative effort between The City of Petersburg, Pike County Progress Partners, Jim Higgs Associates, Myszak & Palmer, and Flaherty and Collins. This project was specially designed to be energy efficient to keep monthly utility bills reduced for senior residents. Good Samaritan Hospital serves as an anchor tenant for the project’s retail space and has an urgent care facility on site.
