Legacy Place rehabilitated three historic buildings in downtown Urbana, Ohio into 51 units of affordable housing for those aged 55+. The units include 38 one-bedroom units and 13 two-bedroom units. The Douglas Hotel was original built in 1840, North Elementary School in 1901, and the South Elementary School in 1921.

The Barlow

The Barlow is a four-story, architecturally significant building, and includes 116 modern apartments, more than 3,000 square feet of commercial space, and a surface parking lot with 154 spaces. The lead developer on this project, Rebar Development, broke ground in 2019 and started lease up in 2020.
