Cheryl Stulpin

Cheryl Stulpin is an accomplished real estate executive with over three decades of experience in development, specializing in affordable housing. Joining T & H in2025, Cheryl leads strategic growth, focusing on the expansion of the company’s portfolio footprint.

Throughout her career, Cheryl held senior leadership positions at several top 10 national development companies, bringing expertise in structuring complex transactions that leverage public and private financing to achieve impactful housing solutions.

Beyond her executive roles, Cheryl has been a dedicated advocate for affordable housing policy. She served as a member of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing’s Executive Committee and Upstate Policy Committee. She was the Co-Chair and Co-Founder of the Pennsylvania Developers Council. Cheryl attended St. John Fisher University and SUNY Empire State College.

Cheryl has played a key role in numerous notable affordable housing developments across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Her portfolio includes Marwood Senior Apartments in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Springridge Apartments in Frederick, Maryland, Fred B. Rooney Building in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and Tajeed Residences in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In New York, Cheryl contributed to Copiague Commons in Copiague, Peconic Crossing in Riverhead, Cobblestone Place at Webster in Webster, and 54 Hunts Place in Chappaqua, each reflecting her commitment to creating high-quality, community-focused housing that meets diverse needs.
