Roy Marschke

Roy Marschke joined T&H in July 2024 as the Director of Asset Management. He holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Purdue University and is an active member of the Indiana CPA Society. With over a decade of experience in the affordable housing industry, Roy brings a comprehensive background in construction, finance, and management, enabling him to collaborate effectively across all departments to ensure project success. Roy is excited to be at T&H with a group of great teammates.

Before joining T&H, Roy was instrumental in developing a 41-unit historic rehabilitation project in Wabash, Indiana. Additionally, he financed and closed three separate 4% bond deals, resulting in the rehabilitation and preservation of 450 units of affordable housing. 

Outside of work, Roy is deeply invested in spending time with his family and enjoying the time he spends with his two young children.
